What's the story? They're getting you a rebuilt motor and dropping it in? Or are they rebuilding yours? And if so, are they doing a "build-up" rebuild? Cuz I got a "used" motor from Japan Direct (www.usedengines.com) for about $3000 and installed it myself. It came w/ Turbos and everything. (Even came w/ an $1800 Clutch and Flywheel package, but that isn't the norm, hehe). Motor had about 30k miles on it. I can swap a motor in 2 weekends (could do it shorter if I had more free time, but I'm working during the week). I could probably do a swap for you for about $1000 and do a 60k on the used motor in the process (That would add about $500 in parts though from Courtesy Nissan). That would put you at about the $4000 to $4500 mark. Could blow the remaining $3000 to $3500 on upgrades... (*Do I hear turbos/dp's/testpipes and other things being mentioned) =) hehe.
